The IFCE Difference

What Separates the IFCE from other Coach Training Programs

When making a decision to become an ICF credentialed coach, one of the key factors is deciding which training program is right for you. Factors that may contribute to making a decision include anything from the cost of a program to how much time is needed to earn your certification. These are important factors to consider and should be thought through carefully, especially because this can be the breakthrough you’ve been looking for in your career or purpose in life.

“Will this program help me launch my coaching career”?

In your coach training program search, our IFCE Instructors would like you to consider one factor that may not be as obvious as cost, time, and training hours. Ask yourself this question, “will this program help me launch my coaching career”?

At the Institute for Coaching Excellence, we believe that business development is just as essential as excellent coaching is to success. This is why we implemented two important aspects into our 135-hour Life, Leadership, & Executive Coach Training Program: the Business in a Box and Capstone Project.

The Business in a Box Program launches during Module 3 of our curriculum. It is dedicated to business mentoring and takes a deep dive into what your ideal coaching business would look like. Instructors provide resources, templates and tools to help you along the way. Instructors also share their stories developing thriving coaching practices. Topics in this module include; establishing your business entity and operating structure, developing your brand, building an engaged audience, and everything you need to develop services, manage taxes, and develop a financial forecast.

The IFCE Capstone Project occurs during the culmination of your 6 month studies. This graduation requirement provides a platform for students to present what they have learned and developed throughout their business design process and coursework. Through a 10-12 style Ted Talk presentation, students share their coaching niche, service offerings and an insight that demonstrates their coaching knowledge. It is an opportunity to showcase coaching approaches and skills, and it serves as the official launch of their coaching practice!

The IFCE is not only dedicated to providing affordable and quality, ICF aligned training we are on a mission to equip coaches with the tools and support to step into their coaching careers and become industry leaders. See how our past students did just that and don't forget to sign up for an Informational Session to start your journey. Let’s Make it Happen.

Join us Tuesdays at 8 am for an Informational Session to meet the instructors and learn how you can become a certified coach in just 6 months. We have just two info sessions left!
