Who Are We?
The IFCE is a boutique training institute that is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. We believe coaching programs should be affordable, inclusive, and human-centered. Our small class room sizes, emphasis on mentorship, and free templates create a resource-rich environment that advances the coaching profession while helping students excel in the art of coaching. Most importantly, our instructors are IFCE accredited and wholly dedicated to supporting aspiring entrepreneurs and leaders who are ready to answer the call to coach. Who are Our Instructors?
The IFCE was founded by Alexis Goggans, PCC & Christian Hartley, PCC in 2020 with a mission to create diverse cohorts of competent and confident coaches who become leaders in the coaching profession. Since 2017, Christian & Alexis have provided life, leadership, and executive coaching to leaders, organizations, and agents for social good. Together they have more than 8 years of formal experience deepening their study and practice of coaching while running successful coaching businesses. What Can you Expect?
Our 6 month Life, Leadership, & Executive Coach Program is ICF-accredited and designed to provide student the foundations of coaching while providing everything you need to run a coaching business. Our teaching philosophy is focused on hands on learning, peer support, and unwavering mentorship. Our instructors work diligently to create a customized learning experience that takes into consideration where you are in your coaching journey, career, and business development. We also build mentoring and peer learning into our program by assigning students a peer coaching partners and offering 10 hours of mentor coaching to support your coaching mastery and business development. The final step is developing a 10-12 minute Capstone Presentation or Ted-style talk to share what you have learned with class and launch your business.
