Celebrating 4 Years of Coaching Excellence!
On October 8, 2024 we officially turned 4 years old! We are so grateful to our students, instructors, operations team, and community who have helped bring our mission for affordable, human-centered, and inclusive coach training to life. In 2020 IFCE co-founders Alexis Goggans, PCC and Christian Hartley, PCC started the IFCE with one mission; to empower diverse cohorts of competent & conscientious coaches to become future coaching leaders. As part of this mission, we remain committed to empowering our students with a Fellowship Program, ongoing mentorship, and longstanding support via our alumni community. We are happy to share some highlights of our work and impact over the last 4 years.
What are we celebrating?
76 total students enrolled (including 20 current students)
44 student graduates, which gives a 93.3% completion rate
7 cohorts enrolled since 2021
7 credentialed coaches; 100% passed the ICF exam on their first try
$6,500 in direct cash infusions, scholarships, & aide to students

New Programs - Self Paced Course
As part of our commitment to empowering the next generation of coaching leaders, we are offering two new programs that provide greater flexibility and affordability -- and all with the same quality curriculum! We will launch two pilot programs in 2025- a Self Paced Course that will kick off in January of 2025, and a Level-1 program ideal for those interested in pursing the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. The Self Paced Course is suitable for students seeking foundational coach training alongside a Certificate in Life, Leadership, & Executive Coaching. Enrollment is limited to 15 students, and feedback is required to receive a Certificate of Completion. This ICF-aligned course will kick off in January of 2025 for the introductory rate of $499. Mentor coaching and peer coaching can also be added on a la carte, for those who want to deepen their coaching experience.
The Level - 1 program provides students the opportunity to benefit from a mix of asynchronous and live courses. It also provides an affordable pathway for students interested in pursuing an Associate Certified Coach Credential (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation. Please note that accreditation for this program is in progress. We anticipate receiving accreditation before kick off in March of 2025. Regardless of the accreditation status, students who complete the Level - 1 Program will receive a certificate in Life, Leadership, & Executive Coaching. They can also pursue the ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation via the ACC pathway.
Meet our Fall 2024 Students We are delighted to celebrate the 20 students who just started their Level-2 coaching journey with us in September of this year! 20 students from the United States, Canada, and Germany will be journeying over the next 6 months to become IFCE Certified Life, Leadership, & Executive Coaches. We celebrate each and everyone one of these students and are pumped to learn and growth with them over the next 6 months. Spring 2025 Program Dates This week we opened up enrollment for our Level-1 pilot and Level-2 Life, Leadership, & Executive Coach Training Programs. Classes will kick of the week of March 25th, 2025 and we still have spots in each cohort. Our level-2 Program is ICF accredited and accreditation for our Level - 1 program add on is in progress. We anticipate receiving accreditation for the Level 1 course before kick off. Regardless of the accreditation status for that program, students who complete are Level - 1 Program will receive a certificate n Life, Leadership, & Executive Coaching. They can also still pursue the ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation via the ACTSH pathway. Below is a summary of the upcoming course schedule and important Spring 2025 deadlines. A reminder that we are offering $500 off our Level 1 program, and $1,000 off our Level 2 program for students who enroll by December 31, 2024. In order to enroll, you must attend and Info Session, sign your student agreement, and submit your $300 enrollment fee. Tuition payments do not begin until March 2025.

Spring 2025 Deadlines Below are enrollment, tuition payment, and drop deadlines for our Spring 2025 Programs. Please keep in mind that the IFCE Is closed during Winter Break from December 23rd to January 3, 2025 and closed Fridays. All classes are first come first serve.
December 31, 2024: Last Day for $500 off Level 1 and $1,000 of Level 2 pricing
January 30, 2025: Last Day to Enroll in Self-Paced Pilot Program
March 5, 2025: Tuition payment or plan setup due all programs
March 25, 2025: Level 1 PM and Level 2 AM Programs kick off
March 26, 2025: Level 2 PM Program kicks off
April 15, 2025 : Last day to enroll in Level 1 or Level 2 Programs
June 9, 2025: Last day to drop Level 1 Program with a refund
July 14, 2025 : Last day to drop Level 2 Program with a refund
Upcoming Information Sessions We just published dates for the final Info Sessions in 2024. So if you are curious about our new programs or ready to become a credentialed coach then join IFCE Co-founders at an upcoming Info Session to learn about our ICF-accredited Life, Leadership, & Executive Coach Training. During the hour-long virtual session, we will discuss our curriculum, review course activities, and share our approach to affordable, inclusive, and human-centered learning. About Us
The IFCE was founded by Alexis Goggans, PCC & Christian Hartley, PCC in 2020 with the belief that coach training programs should be affordable, inclusive, and human-centered. Since 2017, Christian & Alexis have provided life, leadership, and executive coaching to leaders, organizations, and agents for social good. Together they have more than 12 years of formal experience deepening their study of coaching while running successful coaching businesses. To date, the IFCE has stewarded 7 cohorts of over 70 aspiring coaching professionals! Visit our website to learn more about our work and to meet our students.
