The IFCE is a Black and women-owned business that has been empowering professionals with a Certificate in Life, Leadership, & Executive Coaching since 2020. Founded by Alexis Goggans, PCC & Christian Hartley, PCC, we believe coach training programs should be affordable, human-centered, and grounded in the powerful connection between coaching, personal empowerment, and social change.

 

As an ICF-aligned and accredited coach training program, our mission is to create diverse cohorts of competent and confident coaches who become leaders in the coaching profession. Our founders are grateful to leverage their more than 12 years of coaching and business experience to help people everywhere answer the call to coach.
